Specially designed gratining bowl for cooking and gratining onion soup, chili con carne or individual cassoulet. With its thin edges and elegant curves, it also invites itself to the table to serve a dinner soup or cocoa for breakfast. Made from HR (High Resistance) ceramic, the bowl is suitable for freezers and under the grill up to 270癈. Like all Emile Henry products, it is manufactured in our workshops in Marcigny, Burgundy.
