This smoky heavily peated nine year old whisky was matured in an Oloroso sherry cask, and bottled up at cask strength a particularly hefty 67% ABV. A few drops of water wouldn't go amiss with this one. Looks like St. George is still doing battle with that dragon, hoping to get at its treasure, which includes a roast chicken.
