I really like these cycling insoles. Yes, they are stiff and hard. But for a cycling shoe that's a positive as it helps provide a good platform for putting power down to the pedals. The insoles fit very well in the shoes and feel comfortable.

Be careful because the arch support is very stiff. Some will find them workable but they put too much pressure on my ankles.
