NO ROUTING REQUIRED - Surface mounted facefix automatic drop seal, ideal for retro fitting directly to the door without cutting or routing into the door bottom. SEALS GAPS UP TO 14MM - Automatically drops when the door closes to help seal gaps at the bottom of the door, reducing draughts, smoke, noise and light. FIRE, SMOKE & ACOUSTIC TESTED - Fire tested to BS EN 1634-1 for 30 minutes, smoke tested and acoustic rated up to 43dB for improved protection and privacy. SELF-LEVELLING DESIGN - The automatic mechanism helps create an even seal across uneven floors, making it suitable for commercial, residential and fire door applications.
