The accurately machined housing coupled with solid steel guide rods assure a smooth sliding true parallel action for the jaw, free from side or cross deflection. A quick-release lever allows the user to open the vice jaws to the required width without the need to wind the main screw handle, allowing much faster adjustment.This vice has a toe-in feature to provide even clamping on the whole depth of the workpiece.
