This phrase highlights the healthy need to make changes in order to move with the times. At Maison Ferraton Père & Fils , not only have they managed this, but they’ve also managed to remain faithful to the heritage of a family tradition at the same time. The man behind this transformation is Michel Ferraton, son of the founder Jean Orëns Ferraton, who in 1998, when he took on the winemaking project, followed the advice of prestigious winemaker Michel Chapoutier and began to work according to the rules of biodynamic viticulture.
