Ferraton,St-Joseph La Source rouge, RED WINE, (case of 6x75 rance/Rhône Valley

As the name suggests, Ferraton Père & Fils is the result of work passed down from father to son. Since Jean Orëns Ferraton, son of a winegrower, dared to make his own wines in 1946, his legacy has continued to grow though his son Michel. It all started when he took over the company and, with a keen eye, sought the help of prestigious biodynamic winemaker Michel Chapoutier. From then on, in 1998, the winery embarked on the adventure of becoming organic and then biodynamic. The scores these wines are awarded speak for themselves. With more than 100 wines given more than 90 points by Parker and Wine Spectator, these are small productions with excellent results. Located in the northern Rhône Valley (France), Ferraton currently has 3 hectares of vineyards in Hermitage, 6 hectares in Crozes Hermitage and 4 hectares in the AOC Saint Joseph denomination.
