Waterproofing is ensured by heat-sealed seams on the flysheet (with a waterproof rating of 5,000 mm) and the groundsheet (with a waterproof rating of 8,000 mm), whilst the corners, reinforced by a three-layer construction, ensure enhanced strength. In addition, a thermal insulation coating applied to the flysheet and floor helps to maintain a stable internal temperature and insulate against ground damp.
