As you cook your pan will develop a more seasoning, becoming more nonstick over time without any toxic chemicals. All our products are entirely PFOA & PTFE free. 100% MADE IN THE USA: Our cast iron is made in American from start to finish and poured using green sand castings-just like the most celebrated American vintage cast iron manufacturers, Griswold and Wagner. WORKS ON ALL COOKTOPS & GRILLS: Compatible with all stovetop burner types, including glass and ceramic induction ranges. SUSTAINABLY PRODUCED & ISO CERTIFIED: Scrap iron is remelted for future pours and sand from the castings is continuously cycled back into production with zero waste.
