From the distillery window, we see the sea and the bay's curve. Our bespoke bottle captures the textures of the farm, soil, beach, and sky, embodying the essence of our surroundings. TASTING NOTES- Aromas of vanilla ice cream, caramel, biscuits, and honey with a hint of oak. On the palate, smooth vanilla, caramel, buttery biscuits, pronounced honey, gentle spice, dried fruit, and a lingering sweet vanilla and oak finish.
