The pan is really great for frying. Of course you shouldn't cook on the highest setting, otherwise you won't enjoy the coating for long! As its 'surname' says, it's a 'Premium' frying pan, of unquestionable quality. That said, it's for what it is: frying. Don't use it as a griddle.

Does what the advert promises. Really worth the money. Nothing sticks even without oil or grease. Easy to clean. One or two kitchen towels, wipe it off and into the dishwasher.
