It is precisely in this latter area, among the towns of Rueda, Serrada, and La Seca-in the westernmost region-where the plots are located that give birth to Flor de Vetus Verdejo, a white wine that will become an essential addition to your cellar. Specifically, the clusters of Flor de Vetus Verdejo are cultivated in micro-plots planted on sandy soils, at altitudes ranging from 810 to 930 metres. Grown entirely using traditional methods and without any machinery, Flor de Vetus Verdejo thrives under a continental climate, with dry, hot summers and long, bitterly cold winters.
