With an output of 1500 W, the heating element quickly reaches the desired temperature between 40 and 90 °C. Set the timer between 0 to 15 hours and leave the rest to the dehydrator. For best results, refer to the front panel guide with temperatures and times for different ingredients. You adjust all settings easily and intuitively using the dials on the top of the device. In the spacious drying chamber, the 16 removable stainless steel trays provide ample space for drying large quantities of food. Silicone mats keep the drying products from clinging to the trays. A fan distributes the heat evenly inside the drying chamber. This makes the dehydrator ideal for reviving food.
