70cl / 41.80% - Part of Four Pillars' Bartender Series, it's Spiced Negroni Gin. This was developed with Jason from Sydney's The Rook Bar and Four Pillars distiller Cameron, with the intent of making a gin perfect for use in a Negroni cocktail - an honourable endeavour. To do this, they boosted the amount of Tasmanian pepperberry leaf and cinnamon used and added grains of paradise, organic blood orange, and ginger to the recipe.
