SUSTAINABLY SOURCED PRESERVES We pick Heritage fruits from abandoned orchards across England and Wales, harvest abundant WILD fruits and herbs and use surplus produce from British farms that would otherwise go to waste Our preserves are cooked to traditional recipes with high fruit content and without added pectin or citric acid. We vacuum cook our jams in small batches at low temperatures to preserve the full flavours of the fruit.
