I ordered this item because my wife always had trouble opening and closing the roof window due to its size. With the handle, it works wonderfully. We can only recommend it highly.

For an original product, it’s mediocre, but unfortunately the same applies to Velux windows. I’ll never do it again. For a few extra euros, you get Roto quality.

Now, after a year and a half, it’s broken, annoying, because it should have lasted longer. The Marketplace seller is silent and ignores every request. Previously it did its job, even if it often slipped. It could therefore be improved, at least for the price.
