This Global GS-108SC 12cm Scalloped Utility Knife is part of a new range of four utility knives in the Global GS range featuring a variety of edges on the 12cm blade. This scalloped edge utility knife is perfect for cutting tender tomatoes and other thick-skinned/tender-flesh fruits like nectarines and peaches. Similar to a bread knife, the scalloped edge of this utility knife is also great for slicing cake without ripping it to shreds or for cutting up a block of chocolate. As with all Global GS knives, this scalloped utility knife is crafted from high quality Cromova18 stainless steel and ice hardened to Rockwell 56-58. The blade features an acute 15° cutting edge which holds its razor sharp edge for longer.
