This Global GS-108SE 12cm Serrated Utility Knife is part of a new range of four utility knives in the Global GS range featuring a variety of edges on the 12cm blade. This serrated edge utility knife is perfect for slicing through delicate fruits and vegetables without ripping or tearing them. Also great for slicing through bread rolls and bagels or for slicing salami. As with all Global GS knives, this serrated utility knife is crafted from high quality Cromova18 stainless steel and ice hardened to Rockwell 56-58. The blade features an acute 15° cutting edge which holds its razor sharp edge for longer. The hollow handle is filled with sand to provide excellent balance whilst the classic Global dotted handle provides a secure grip.
