The extra flex in the PC plate also helps create a low-pitched sound and softens the end of each keystroke for a more comfortable experience during extended typing sessions. The Mercury K1 custome keyboard includes a custom set of GravaStar x Kailh Linear switches that are perfect for gaming and for typing. The lightweight 40 gf actuation and 1.5mm pre-travel are fast enough for split-second reactions, but forgiving enough to prevent accidental key presses. 3.5mm total travel provides a comfortable typing experience that helps prevent hand fatigue, especially when combined with the K1's flexible PC positioning plate.
