The Greenworks G40LT cordless line trimmer has a 33cm cutting path suitable for small to medium domestic grass trimming jobs. The head on the G40LT is single feed and auto feed with 1.6mm cutting line. The cutting line length is controlled by ‘bumping’ the trimmer head on the ground. This releases more line. If you are trimming around delicate plants then the protection bar can be extended. The multi position head can be rotated 90 degrees into an edging position so the trimmer can be used as a lawn edger. The loop handle has a cushioned grip which makes the trimmer more comfortable to use. Battery powered grass trimmers are quiet and produce fewer emissions than petrol models.
