A vertical array of specially designed ribs extract even the finest dirt and grit from your wash mitt or brush. Scrubbing your cleaning tool on the Washboard releases trapped particles that scratch your vehicles finish. Dirt and grit settle to the bottom of the bucket where the Grit Guard Insert (required, but not included) calms the wash water, trapping it in the bottom of the bucket.
