Palm Court, our classic blend of four teas (Keemun, Assam, Ceylon & Formosa Oolong) is the drink of choice in this impressively great setting. Prepare and enjoy a cup at home and imagine relaxing in this magnificent palace at The Plaza Hotel on Fifth Avenue. John Harney made this blend of four teas in the early 1980s, making it one of our oldest blends. It makes for a wonderful afternoon tea Tea is only as good as the water in which it is brewed. Use filtered water as needed. Use a teaspoon for each cup of tea you want. Pour 212F water over the tea and let it brew for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove the tea.
