FLAVOUR: Palate - rich & dry, with herbal and fruit notes, including elderflower and crab apple; Nose - fruity & herbal notes, with subtle woody and sweet tones; Finish - dry with a lasting gentle fruit smoothness PERFECT SERVE: Mediterranean tonic, garnish with fresh mint and lots of ice. With it’s fruity but dry nose, smoothness on the palate and lasting finish, it really does blur the lines between gin and vodka.
