TASTING NOTES… Juniper led, with overtones of hand-peeled citrus and our carefully selected wildflower medley that’s foraged in the grounds of our own castle for a fresh and aromatic tasting profile. Our expert distiller has created a true Welsh masterpiece that is the perfect accompaniment to any mixer or cocktail. PERFECTLY SERVED… Fresh and clean on the palate, all our gin requires is a quality tonic, slice of lime or lemon, and plenty of ice for a memorable and rewarding tasting experience. Alternatively, enjoy a Gin Sling cocktail by combining our spirit with lemon juice, sugar syrup and two dashes of angostura bitters. Top with 50/50 tonic water and soda water, garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a lemon wedge and then add plenty of ice for the ultimate refresher.
