Shinjiro Torii was a trailblazer who aspired to produce the finest Western spirits in Japan. This vision led him to establish Suntuory in 1899, one of the world's premier distilleries, where Suntory Hibiki 30 years is crafted. The finest single malt from Yamazaki and Hakushu, matured in various types of casks and subtly blended with grain whisky from the Chita distillery, is used in the creation of this whisky, which ages for three decades in mizunara oak barrels.
