The Hohner Hard Bopper 48 Harmonica is a harp with a rich voluminous sound. Created to honour the jazz legend Toots Thielemans - famous for his chromatic harmonica playing - this harp is designed for fast-paced rocking styles. In order to recreate Toots preferred specifications Hohner has opted for a pearwood comb which helps to create the warm tone and the comb is lacquered for added durability. The thick reed plates and long slot reeds give the Hard Bopper a rich volumnious sound. Follow in the footsteps of one of the most iconic jazz musicians of the 20th century. The chrome-plated mouthpiece is comfortable so it allows you to slide between the notes easily.
