To avoid damaging your cushion, do not open or pierce the packaging with a sharp object. Once unpackaged, vigorously shake the cushion for it to regain its shape, we recommend leaving it for 24hours before use for it to regain its full loft. Memory foam filling is not washable. Inner cushion cover is spot clean only, outer cover can be washed at 30 degrees.
