DISTILLERY - Trinidad Distiller was established in 1948 in Laventille, Trinidad, as the manufacturing hub for Angostura Bitters. Since then, it has been producing a wide array of rums, bitters, and liqueurs under the Angostura and, from the 1970s onwards, Fernandes brands. Following the closure of the iconic Caroni in 2003, TDL stands as the sole rum distillery in Trinidad. NOSE - Delight in the enticing scent of ripe pineapple, reminiscent of a vibrant Caribbean street market, with tropical, exuberant mango notes that transport you to the lively atmosphere of the islands. PALATE - Experience the initial burst of luscious caramel sweetness, followed by opulent flavours of sweet dates and currants.
