The curved anodized aluminum shaft features a dual-texture grip for a secure hold. The blade, adze, and spike covers, as well as the Tech pommel, are included, and the ice axe complies with the EN 13089 standard. Designed and assembled in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. Just 330 g for faster, lighter ascents on foot or skis The Akila Adze is a Type 1/B ice axe that delivers a rare level of technical performance in the ultralight category. It is designed for anyone who counts every gram in their pack but doesn't want to compromise on a solid tool: ridge climbs, snowy couloirs, glaciers, or steep ski slopes.
