ICOM IC-M37E VHF Radio

The IC-M37E is the latest floating marine VHF handheld from Icom. It comes with 6 watts of output power for extended communication range. This radio has a great, simple design that is comfortable to hold, easy to use and easy to read. The IC-M37E offers powerful 6W transmission power, making it well suited for remote communication. The powerful 700 mW audio output ensures clear communication even in noisy environments. The radio floats into the water if accidentally dropped and can be found by its flashing red LED light and LCD/button backlight. The included Li-ion battery can provide more than 12 hours of operating time. The radio comes with a charger with a small clip to keep the radio in place in moving environments. The charger can be powered by a power supply (included) as well as 12V on board via a USB adapter socket, making charging very versatile. The IC-M37E is built to IP57 dust and water resistant protection grade (1 meter for 30 minutes). The radio also features an AquaQuake drainage function to keep water away from the speaker grille and prevent the speaker from being waterlogging.
