Our range of premium gins are handcrafted and distilled to perfection on the Isle of Skye using only the finest foraged botanicals and the local crystal-clear spring waters from the Storr Lochs. FULL OF FLAVOUR. Our Juniper and other botanicals are slowly distilled in copper pot stills and vapour infused with carefully selected botanicals - coriander, angelica, orris, grains of paradise and lemon to name a few. One botanical is kept under wraps and only found at altitude on the Isle of Skye. THE PERFECT SERVE: Enjoy notes of citrus and floral juniper with an undertone of spice. We recommend enjoying Misty Isle with a premium Scottish tonic and garnished with a twist of fresh orange peel. This will help to enhance the citrus taste. BEAUTIFUL BOTTLE DESIGN. The swirls for the Fairy Pools, the copper coin in the cork for our beautiful copper stills that produce our amazing liquids, the Gaelic inscriptions for our language, name and location, the shape of our majestic island of Skye on the base and the contour lines on the labels for our iconic mountains.
