White jasmine rice, in particular, is heavily processed and resembles white rice nutritionally more than brown jasmine rice. For the most precise nutritional information, read the nutritional label on the jasmine rice you're cooking. Including jasmine rice in your diet has health advantages. Natural, GMO-Free, and Vegan Jasmine Rice. ✔ INSTRUCTION FOR USE: To Cook: Allow 75g of rice per person. Rinse rice in cold water. Place in a pan with 175ml of water per person. Bring to the boil, cover, and simmer gently for 10-12 minutes, add more boiling water if necessary. Drain thoroughly & rinse with boiling water.
