The family-owned wine estate of Kanonkop - now in its fourth generation - is named after cannons found in its hills (otherwise known as “kopje”) in the 17th century. Hailing from this very estate is this crimson-hued bottle, Paul Sauer. It's been masterfully blended using Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot grapes by winemaker Abrie Beeslaar.
