We bought the bed in June 2024. Shortly after, we had an Otto tradesman on site. Unfortunately, in December 2025, the bed cracked and some wooden pieces broke off. Too bad for the huge price!!! Never again. Customer service has been informed...

I find the bed very easy to assemble and very simple. Only something for the bed's base would be missing, so the base doesn't scratch or make so much noise when moving. But otherwise, after a few months of use, I'm still happy.

The wooden bed frame looks very nice visually, but it becomes too unstable over time. It simply needs to be re-fastened differently so it doesn't fall apart.
