KAYMAN Soft Kettlebell - Sand-Filled, Floor-Safe Kettle Bell with Non-Slip Wide Handle - Quiet Home Gym Weight for Women & Men - Strength Training, CrossFit, HIIT & Core Workout

PROTECTS YOUR FLOORS & STAYS QUIET: The soft PVC shell and flat, cushioned base let you train on wood, tile, laminate or carpet with no scratches, dents or loud clangs - and if it slips, it won’t hurt your feet or floor. Ideal for flats, home offices and shared spaces. WIDE, NON-SLIP HANDLE FOR A SECURE GRIP: The broad, textured handle is shaped for control through swings, cleans, squats and presses, and suits smaller and larger hands alike - so beginners and seasoned lifters keep a confident hold, even mid-set. ACCURATE WEIGHT THAT KEEPS ITS SHAPE: Precision iron-sand filled to an exact weight inside a tough, double-stitched shell, so it stays balanced and holds its form set after set. The flat base keeps it upright and tidy between reps. ONE TOOL, FULL-BODY RESULTS: Build strength, burn fat and improve mobility with swings, goblet squats, lunges, deadlifts, presses and core work. Perfect for HIIT, CrossFit, Pilates and functional training - a brilliant first kettlebell for women and men at home. CHOOSE YOUR WEIGHT, 2-12kg: Match the load to your goal and progress as you get stronger (2/4kg toning & rehab, 6/8kg conditioning, 10/12kg strength). Note: a soft bell is larger than cast iron of the same weight - check the size chart before ordering.
