Compatible with stainless steel mixing bowls from KitchenAid, Kenwood, WMF, Smeg, and AEG - see below. The cutout on the upper edge helps with precise pouring, and you can even crack eggs right on it, letting them slide into the mixing bowl over the generous pouring surface. Ideal for both dry & solid ingredients: flour, sugar, and spices glide smoothly into the mixing bowl quickly abd easily. You can also pour liquid ingredients like water, milk, and oil with perfect control. For best results, we recommend adding dry ingredients first, followed by the liquids.
