KIKI Health Organic Shiitake Extract Powder – 30% Beta-Glucan, Immune, Bone & Gut Support – 50g

Pure organic shiitake extract for extra nutritional goodness in your smoothies, drinks and meals KIKI Health Organic Shiitake is a pure mushroom extract made from 100% shiitake fruiting bodies. It's a concentrated way to add shiitake to your daily routine. Just stir half a teaspoon into smoothies, hot drinks or porridge, or sprinkle it over food. Why choose shiitake? Shiitake has been a prized food in East Asian cooking and traditional medicine for centuries. KIKI Health grows theirs on wood-rich substrate, close to the mushroom's natural habitat. They lightly crush the fruiting bodies, then slowly extract them with hot water to draw out their natural compounds. The extract is standardised to 30% beta-glucan-rich polysaccharides. Prefer capsules? KIKI Health also offers organic shiitake extract in a convenient capsule format. Key benefits: From 100% fruiting bodies: You get pure shiitake extract, with no mycelium, grains or starch. Highly concentrated: An extraction ratio of 10:1 to 12
