A Bullish Islay Single Malt Whisky - Like Rory, our bull, Batch Strength typifies the rugged power and intensity of Kilchoman where our whisky is distilled, matured and bottled. Matured in a combination of re-charred red wine casks, oloroso sherry butts and bourbon barrels, a few drops of water were added post maturation to produce a Batch Strength of 57% abv. A Unique Peaty Experience - The result of our careful use of peat smoke, our skilled distillers and years of maturation is this colossal dram, which combines the natural peat smoke and citrus character of Kilchoman with dark fruits, rich spices and salted caramel sweetness.
