Safely raise the temperature of your kombucha between 3 and 11° Celsius over ambient temperature. Wrap and secure to vessel for maximum warming. For a gradual warm-up, leave an empty space between the heater and the vessel. Monitor the temperature of your Kombucha by sticking the supplied thermometer to the side of the brewing vessel. Set the temperature as described above. Ideal Temperature Range for Kombucha is between 24° and 29° C. Also works great for kefir, sourdough, kimchi, sauerkraut, and all of your favorite home ferments.
