KuKoo Grease Trap - 96 Litres

Designed for busy commercial environments, the KuKoo 96L Grease Trap helps keep kitchen drainage running smoothly by capturing and separating food waste from oil and water. Fitted under the sink, it supports more hygienic day-to-day operation while reducing how often the tank needs emptying thanks to its substantial 96L capacity. Inside, an integrated large basket collects food waste as it enters the trap. Small holes allow water to pass through while oil rises to the surface, and a partitioning baffle creates two distinct sections to support effective grease separation. With a 2cm clearance beneath the baffle, water transfers across and exits via the 50mm outlet on the right-hand side for disposal. Cleaning is straightforward: a large, accessible lid allows thorough access, while two secure bars make it easy to lift out the basket and dispose of collected waste.
