An essential piece of kit for those in the farming industry or abattoirs, this easy-to-use defeathering machine is suitable for use with medium sized birds such as chicken, turkey, and duck. Made using hard-wearing stainless steel, the machine is extremely robust and built to withstand heavy use. Lined with 132 pre-fitted flexible rubber fingers, they quickly and effectively remove feathers by rubbing up against the poultry. The base of the drum is fitted with a spinning disc which moves the birds around the machine to ensure all parts of the bird come into contact with the fingers for a clean removal. Electrically powered, this 3HP machine is generously sized with an extra wide opening and a 60cm x 39cm barrel.
