The Aequilibrium Lt GTX is a mountaineering shoe from La Sportiva.New amongst La Sportiva products, the Aequilibrium range caters for a new practice of mountaineering with light, technical products for quicker movement. Here in its leather version, theAequilibrium Lt GTX is technical and light. It has a water-repellent Nubuck upper and a Gore-Tex Performance Comfort lining. The edges of the shoe collar are softened for better comfort in use, but the ankle is still supported.The sole is rigid and has TPU inserts for semi-automatic studs. To make it easier for the foot to roll, the insole block has a rocker at the front and special Double Heel technology in the heel area. This technology consists of separating the heel into two pieces for optimised walking comfort and to improve braking capacity on descents.
