This pen just did not write well. I expected it to write to wet and juicy but it would skip, ink would come out shady and inconsistent. The pen is extremely smooth in writing, but the lid part came broken……. It looks like it was placed on a hot surface and was melted….. does affect usage but my excitement for having a new lamy pen was vanished :(

Well constructed. Well balanced. Etc. Really great pen and purchase.
