The end product is bright and vibrant in colour with intense but fresh Citrus and slightly honeyed notes. Delicious after taste too in fact dangerously moreish. However the Champagne house truly blossomed soon after the Second World War. It is hard to believe at that time the company only employed some 20 people, compared to its now truly International reach being available in over 160 countries.
