The main material used is a combination of wood fiber and polypropylene, a 100% recyclable plastic that's perfect for food use. Wood fiber comes from the waste generated by the wood industry. It means resources aren't wasted, and reduces carbon dioxide emissionsreleased by burning wood waste. Some products in the collection, such as the Jar to Go and Bottle To Go, also contain 5% TPR.
