Lind & Lime Gin

We’re delighted to offer the awarding-winning Lind & Lime Gin, produced and bottled in Leith, Edinburgh. It's a classic, juniper-driven London Dry, with a twist of pink peppercorns adding complexity and hand-cut lime peel contributing its defining, refreshing top note. Equally at home as a summer serve or a bracing winter attitude-adjuster. The distillery infuses their spirit for 16 hours with six out of the seven botanicals (juniper, coriander, angelica, liquorice, orris root and pink peppercorns - everything but the lime). They heat the resulting liquid and pass it as vapour through a basket filled with two kilos of fresh lime peel before resting it for at least two weeks and bottling in-house. Bottled at a respectable 44% abv, Lind & Lime is distilled with 100% green electricity, produced with 100% organic ingredients and packaged with 100% plastic free materials.
