Liquitex Gold Metallic Medium adds a metallic gold effect to acrylic paint or it can be used on its own to add gold surface highlights. This lightfast and archival medium helps to extend colour without affecting stability and slows drying time to help you create more subtle blends. It can be used on all acrylic-friendly surfaces and is suitable for techniques such as staining, airbrushing and spraying, as well as fine detail. This gold metallic medium is intermixable with all Liquitex paints and mediums and will lower the viscosity of heavier body paints. How to use: Slowly stir as much medium as you like into acrylic colour to get the metallic lustre and viscosity you want. Transparent colours give the best results. Alternatively, squeeze straight from the bottle and paint on neat for a semi-opaque gold effect.
