THE PERFECT APERTIF: A cocktail of natural fruit combining macerated juniper, orange and, lemon with infused orange peel, lemon zest and (wait for it) … morello cherry, blackberry and raspberry blended to create a celebrational digestive fit for any occasion. NATURAL INGREDIENTS: All botanicals are 100% natural. To reduce wastage (for example on the lemon and orange) - we use the fruit itself and the peel/zest - which also just means, more flavour! TASTING NOTES: A symphony of dark cherry, raspberry jam, and orange on the nose. On the palate - citrusy orange, dark cherry, and raspberry. The finish is a bittersweet balance of earthiness, citrus and dark berries. HOW TO ENJOY: Enjoy it like your regular Spritz… top with prosecco, garnish with fruit and sit in the sun. Also, delicious fresh out of the bottle, on the rocks. MASTER DISTILERS: Our world-renowned distillery are masters of fruit infusion into alcohol. All infusions in the Spritz are separate, we allow a minimum of four weeks to ensure maximum flavour is extracted. HERITAGE BLEND: Amaro means bitter in Italian. Italian is the heritage of our founder, Gerry Calabrese. This is a nod to his roots and the great flavours to be found there.
