Loratadine Allergy Relief 10mg Tablets - 30 Tablets Loratadine is an oral antihistamine for the relief of allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny or itchy nose, itchy or watery eyes and skin rashes. It is recommended for adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over, and for children aged 212 years who weigh more than 30 kg. Not recommended for children under 2 years or for children 212 years who weigh 30 kg or less. If pregnant, breastfeeding, or unsure, seek advice from your doctor or pharmacist before use. Each tablet contains 10 mg loratadine and is taken once daily (one tablet). The tablet should be swallowed whole with water and may be taken with or without food. Your doctor may adjust the dose if you have severe liver problems. Very rarely it may cause drowsiness or reduced alertness; avoid driving or using machinery until you know how it affects you.
