The cladding is made of 18mm tongue and groove boards crafted from North European Spruce. The framework is 45mm x 70mm, with the option to include an inner skin of 19mm Spruce T&G boards. Opting for the inner skin creates a 70mm wall cavity for wall insulation (wall insulation materials not included).
